CREW Network is a united network of individuals with a culture of inclusion and belonging that inspires engagement, breaks down barriers and accelerates growth and collaboration for our chapters, members, and partners. We believe diverse voices enrich our business connections and drive innovation.
We encourage all companies and industry leaders to commit to the CREW Network CRE Pledge for Action. When you sign this CEO driven industry-wide pledge, you make a public statement and send a clear message to your team, partners, and clients that you stand for women and DEI.
Commit to the CRE Pledge for ActionVision Statement
CREW Network and CREW Greater Philadelphia exists to transform the commercial real estate industry by advancing women globally. Its established goal of being the global thought-leader regarding diversity, equity, and inclusion in commercial real estate requires commitment and action at the local level. The CREW Greater Philadelphia chapter is dedicated to advancing this objective and has formed a DEI Advocacy Group to lead our efforts to:
Expand the composition of our chapter to include more diverse members, ensuring that all have equal access to chapter opportunities and feel a sense of belonging.
Advocate for greater diversity and inclusion among member companies. Create opportunities for professional advancement through DEI education. Plan events that include diverse members of the CRE community as panelists, and speakers. Include diverse firms when seeking event planning services.
Target institutes of higher education that have a diverse population of students to offer scholarship opportunities. Include diverse non-profit organizations that fall under the criteria set out to make sure they are included in opportunities to apply to be our Philanthropic Partner each year.
Promote and embrace diverse talents, perspectives and experiences through both internal and external communication. Utilizing social media and chapter website to create online content that is accessible for all while using inclusive, non-racist language that is welcoming to everyone.
