College Scholarship Opportunity

CREW Greater Philadelphia is proud to announce its 2025-26 Scholarship Program awarding scholarships to local deserving women intent on pursuing a career in a qualified field of commercial real estate.

BENEFITS OF CREW GREATER PHILADELPHIA SCHOLARSHIP AWARD:

Open to Juniors, Seniors, and Graduate students, this opportunity offers a $5,000 scholarship, complimentary CREW student membership for 2025 and 2026, free registration to a CREW Greater Philadelphia meeting or event, exclusive access to the Annual Fall Luncheon, a memorable Award ceremony with two guests allowed, and a valuable one-on-one mentorship.

SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS

• Must currently be enrolled in a Greater Philadelphia-area accredited college or university.

• Must be enrolled in Fall 2025 courses in order to receive the proceeds

• Must be pursuing a degree in a field related to the commercial real estate industry.

• Available to Undergraduate Juniors and Seniors or Graduate-level Students

• Currently hold a grade point average of 3.0 or higher

• A female or identify as female

• Not a previous recipient of a CREW Greater Philadelphia scholarship

• A full time senior or graduate student (fall 2025 - spring 2026 academic year)

  • To be considered full time, you must be enrolled in 12 credits or more a semester for undergraduate students and 9 credits or more a semester for graduate students

Scholarship winners will be notified of their award in July and will be invited to a CREW Greater Philadelphia event to receive their scholarship. Scholarships are awarded at the discretion of CREW Greater Philadelphia.
