2026 Election Committee Nominations

Nominations are being sought from the general membership for up to three (3) At-Large members to serve on the Election Committee, who, together with the Election Committee Chair Annemarie Caruso and Election Committee Co-Chair Marya Liebezeit, will be responsible for accepting and qualifying nominations for the positions of the Board of Directors for 2027.

To be eligible to serve on the Election Committee as an At-Large member, you must be a CREW Greater Philadelphia Member in Good Standing and must have a CREWBiz profile. Members of the Election Committee are not eligible to nominate anyone as a Director or Officer for 2027, nor are members of the Election Committee eligible to be nominated as a Director or Officer or Co-Chair of a Standing Committee for 2027.

Each CREW Greater Philadelphia Member can nominate up to five fellow members to be on the Election Committee. All nominations must be received not later than 5 p.m., Wednesday May 27, 2026.

Selection of the At-Large members will be made by the Election Committee Chair and Co-Chair. At-Large Members selected to the Election Committee will be notified on or about Friday, May 29, 2026.

Duties of the Election Committee:

• Solicit nominations, review applications and qualify nominations for the positions of President-Elect and Board of Directors.

• Prepare the ballot for vote by the membership and certify the election results.

• Election Committee members are expected to participate in an introductory call sometime in June or July to discuss expectations and procedures.

• All Election Committee members are expected to attend a meeting in furtherance of the committee’s responsibilities. Time to be determined.

• Election Committee members are expected to participate in the process of selecting 2027 Delegates and Co-Chairs of Standing Committees
