President's Letter

Happy New Year! My name is Donna Volpone, and I am honored to step into the role of President of CREW Greater Philadelphia for 2026. As we begin the new year together, I am inspired by the incredible legacy of leadership, collaboration, and growth that defines our organization. I would like to personally recognize Annemarie Caruso for her leadership and guidance as our 2025 President as well as the CREW Greater Philadelphia Board and Committee Co-Chairs. Thank you!
CREW Greater Philadelphia has always been more than a network. As part of CREW Network, it’s a vibrant community of professionals who support, uplift, and champion one another. Our collective commitment to advancing and supporting women in commercial real estate has never been more important.
Looking Ahead
This year, my vision is to build on our strong foundation on three key priorities:
Empowerment: Providing meaningful opportunities for professional growth, leadership development, and career advancement for all members.
Connection: Fostering authentic relationships through networking, mentorship, and collaboration – both within our chapter and across the broader CREW Network.
Impact: Expanding our reach in the Greater Philadelphia region through community engagement, thought leadership, and advocacy for the advancement of women.
Our Path Forward
Together, we will continue to create spaces where every member feels seen, heard, and valued. Whether you are a member or friend, I encourage each of you to get involved. Members can join committees, take advantage of leadership development training, and connect with more than 15,000 global members. Friends are welcome to attend events and support our mission through sponsorship. Your voice and participation are what make CREW Greater Philadelphia so special.
Thank you for your trust and support. Together let’s advance our mission and continue shaping the future of commercial real estate in Greater Philadelphia.
With gratitude and excitement,
Donna Volpone
2026 CREW Greater Philadelphia President
